Primare D20 MkII or MkIII(strange)?

I have just bought an used Primare D20 MkII(sony transport).
I have read here and in some review online that the dac version is the akm4324 but i have got a look inside and i have found the akm4393.
It's better?i don't know wich version is my cd player...it's strange...MKIII?
Anyone have the same player?
