Cyrus cd/dac/psxr

I have both a cyrus diskmaster (cd transport) and dacmaster (dac) these are both psxr upgradable.
I know the psxr is only supposed to run 1 component at once but surely in the case of the above units the current demands will be so small the psxr could power both? I'd like to think it will just be a case of finding another connector (any ideas) and linking it in parallel to the umbilical on the psxr. however i vagely remember hearing that the psxr needs a feedback from a unit to configuer itself so maybe not? The other alternative may be to construct one big box containg five (for my cd/dac/pre/pwr/pwr) umbilicals or five supplies to run all my kit (again any ideas) . finally i know you have to keep the original mains pwr supply when using a psxr with a component but would i be right to think the condition of this supply will be relatvliy unimportant as the psxr imput will be supplying anything that can be affected by dirty mains? all help apprecitated
