help... is TDA1541 broken?
 

i making a nos 1541 dac, while testing stage, suddenly the 1541 cannot sing, (it had sing before)

the surface is very hot to touch when receiving i2s signal,

but if no signal it is not hot when just supply voltage,

is it broken? how can i test?

Correct supply voltages? (-15, -5, +5V)

Correct input i2s input?

It is quite difficult to break these chips I find.... so I hope yours is still ok.
