I know these recorders extremely well. The CR200 & HHB CDR800 are the professional version of the Pioneer PDR-99/PDR-05. The loader is identical to that of the PD65 player. To manually unload, there are a couple of ways, but the easiest to describe is to point you to a white nylon lever that sticks a bit out from the left side at the bottom. If you just give the lever a good firm shove(forward, I think, but maybe backward, I usually unload another way) and the transport will lift up & the tray will start coming out a bit, at which point you can grab the door & pull the rest of the way out.
