The manufacturer only sells to high quantity OEMs, so I assume that anything more than is available in the below product sheet is only available to those OEMs.

Don't give up on it yet, you can pick up a complete TE7022L board on ebay for only 20USD.

Thanks for that, I see the TE8802 does 192kHz. Not worth 2.5x the price of the ebay board if you only need 96kHz though.
Hmm, thanks, but I need own draft. It should be in my DIY DAC with AD1955 and CS8416 both controled by AVR MCU. Tenor chip should be on a separate PCB, which also provides the optical input through this chip. If you want for more info, go here (sorry for google translate).
