Default CD600/610 w cdm4/19 failure

Hi all,

I've just modded an old Philips cd600 for the, let's say, tenth time again with all the known mods like muting transistors, caps, low jitter clock, nos etc etc.

Now the unit had no laser pickup anymore (was ripped out for some other project) so I used a CDM4/19 from an old other player, a cd500 it was.

All other cd600 players worked well after all my mods but this one does not start on time. I did the trick for digital mute from saa7310 to saa7220 so that works but it just starts to late sometimes at the beginning of a song but only if you press play of next/back. If it plays thru a pause between the songs, no problem.

Any thoughts?

Bas.
