Well, old topic but anybody knows a little more details what is the done?
Since Avondale doesn't accept shipped units anymore it's not going to hurt their business much I guess.
Is it converted to NOnOS ? IS the new clock board added. I started to modify , actually more of refreshing my old AA5 . I changed the rectifier diodes to shottkys and recaped it totaly , also changed the opamps just to stumble on CDM9 transport failure. Well I'll source one eventually . I want to assemble a flat earth (sort of) bedroom system with Exposure amps , Rega table ,little proac 1s clones and arcam CD (since I don't see myself spending thousands on Naim CD player) .
