Surround processor with S/PDIF outs?

Does such a thing exist?

I would like to have the digital output from every channel so I could use my own DACs.

Creative soundcards generation Audigy 1-2-4 had on the digital out 3x SPDIF (one jack with three rings).
Denon Link is a proprietary form of 3xSPDIF run via a CAT5E cable.

Except those, you will have to construct your (3) transmitters and connect inside the digital decoder that you have now.

I actually have an old Audigy card laying around. i'll find a 3-ring cable and put it back to work!

It needs a cable with 3 RCA and the jack connected like this:
