NAD C521Bee coax output works but no analog

Bought the unit thru internet (of course no warranty!!). The unit seems to be NEW even though it was manufactured in 2003. DOA upon received from UPS. The error was "no disc". Then I found out the laser lens fell off. Put it back. The analog jacks output nothing. The coax output works . What can I do from here on? Thanks!

Make sure the relay is engaging and check all power supply rails are present. Verify there is analog audio at the DAC IC outputs, then move along the analog audio section until the audio stops.. Could be the analog PSU or something in the mute circuit.
