I have full service manual. Do you need circuit diagram only?
Suggestions after very quick glance at the circuit diagram: 1. 16.9344MHz oscillator with dedicated low noise power supply 2. AD1854 will do much better with LM4562 if you pay a bit of attention to lowering the noise and get local decoupling at OP's done semi-decent. If you get job done properly, use LM6172. DAC is Vout type, so you could try simple differential to single end transformer solution and omit all IC’s / the whole analogue stage. 3. the chip used in power supply is mediocre dual tracking type: M5290 with bad ripple rejection - you could install your own power supply regulation to obtain much better results... even with the transformer in analogue stage, it appears you’ll still need +5.6 V DC used in an analogue stage, for spindle motor & its servo control, so analogue power supply will have to stay…. Let me know if you are happy with circuit diagram only, I can extract the page and post it here on this thread for others to use / give suggestions…. Boky |

Dear Boky,
thank you very much for your magnificient and prompt support. This player has to perform with its own DA, no external. So I have to do the best what is in there. ![]() Thanks again for your advise !
