Cambridge audio 740c laser pickup
anyone knows if the Cambridge audio 740C laser pickup is the same of the 640C ?

Manual states: V2 CD laser Sanyo DA11V Rev A.

It does depend on what version 640C and 740C you have. You will need to contact your dealer who can advise on how to best service the unit as custom modifications could damage the audio performance!
