Marantz CD73 CDM-0 help needed

Hi

I was planning to refresh (replace old capacitors) at Marantz CD73.

CD player has not been used for two years. There was something wrong with the laser already. Cd player was skipping while playback and a strange sound like "click" was appearing at speakers.

Now after two years I cant make it run. Cd player was spinning (maybe playing first track) CD with normal speed at track 1. Buttoms like Next or Forward (all conected to the mechanism) wouldn`t work. Only Play and Stop, and only at track 1.
I thought that some cable connection was lost during transport. When I connected cd player to amplifier I could hear only 50Hz noise.

I took cd player apart. Disconnected and then connected all cables again. After that cdp did not play at all. Was spinning at the beginning and after pushing Next and Previous buttoms, but did not play. Spins for a while and then red signal diode appears.

(I think I know where the noise is comming from. There are two glass relays (kontaktron in Polish), and they are opening and closing very fast all the time. These are KILL units I think)

I replaced all el. capacitors and Resoldierd pins around voltage stabilizers and all tape slots. Replaced LM317T. Supply voltages are correct.
Now all buttons work fine, "KILL" units are silent.
But after turning on and pressing PLAY nothing happens. Before Cd player was at least spinning the CD but now it don`t.

I did not see any laser beem. It looks like the laser died, or has no power. I replaced even the electrolites at laser PCB. Replaced 68u/6V3 with 68u/63V. Tree 33u/25V with 100u . May it be that it is a problem ?
