Default Pioneer PD-54

I recently scored a Pioneer PD-54 at my local Goodwill store for $20.00. It functions perfectly and I am using it as a transport feeding a Theta DAC. I am looking for experiences regarding upgrades. Do low-jitter clock upgrades make much of a difference on this player? Low noise regulators?

The rest of my system is a detail monster with excellent resolution.

Any and all responses welcome. Thanks.
I laugh at your puny tubes.
