Default voltages on Rotel RCD991 dac

Hi,
my Rotel RCD991 met with an unfortunate accident caused by myself.
It is in the last stages of repair but it would be useful to know the voltages on all the PCM63 dac pins.
There are a few voltages that cannot be found on the schematics and I would greatly appreciate it if someone that owns one can measure them.
It would also be helpful to have all the voltages on the PMD100 digital filter also.
Thanks in advance to anybody that can help.
Pete
