Hi all,
I'm modding a Philips cd160 and somewhere along the line I fried the SAA7220 so I have since removed it completely and gone NOS. The problem is I now have no mute function at all. The player sounds great but the second or two of garbage before playing a track and the 'jump' when paused is becoming a bit of an annoyance! I may have missed something obvious but does anyone know how to implement a mute function without the SAA7220? Cheers, Josh. |

Brilliant thank you very much! I must have missed that and thought the saa7220 was 'involved' in the muting somehow! Can't wait to get that working again.....
Cheers How did I miss that.........I'd posted on that thread underneath, I think the soldering fumes must be getting to me. Last edited by josha; 11th December 2011 at 05:53 PM. |
