I am looking for commercial input selector accessories (for S/P DIF distribution with the possibility of switching input choosing).
There must be at least three SPDIF coaxial inputs (BNC or Cynch/RCA) and one USB input (include internal USB/DOBM resp. USB/S-P/DIF converter PCB) so as one buffered SPDIF coax out for the connection to an already present DAC.

The aim is the using of the present DAC with various digital audio sources (CD-Player, HDD Media Player, satellite receiver and lapptop/notebook with USB)

USB-SPDIF converter there are a lot in the meantime:

1) only open PCB:

2) cable adapter include embedded PCB

3) universal device

For SPDIF Input selector I have found only this:

But I want to have a combination of both.
Which commercial devices are here a good choice?
Thank you for your advices.

Another... (works well):
SPDIF 4x1 Digital Audio Switcher Arne K
thank you for this advice.

Are there diy projects in this matter? Or supplier for finished PCB's (DAC's there a very wide range, but I don't find the here asked device) ??
USB-SPDIF conversion include SPDIF selector (coaxial+toslink or at least only coaxial) would be the best solution.

The actually issue is the unspecific naming resp. inconsistent designation of such devices in the english language.
E. g. you will find names from "Audio input Selector" until "Coaxial Voter"/"Optical Select Unit"
But the correct term "S/P-DIF" or "Digital Audio" will be used very rarely.
The English language is unfortunately often inaccurate resp. not exactly.
Thus such devices are "hard to find" although probably a lot of models and manufacturers on the world marked.

The Audio Authority works very well.
You have to be adware though that some sources might have an active signal also in standby mode which can prevent auto switching.
The Audio Authority however will still manage to auto switch as long as there is not more than 1 source with an active signal in standby mode.
