Help me decide on which DAC to build/buy (my 3 choices)

Ive decided to either build a TNT convertus or a Scott Nixon Dac Kit or buy an ART DI/o ready made DAC. Which is the best choice soundwise? IS the ART better than the DIY dacs? The prices are about the same for all.

I have never heard any of them! But I think they all have trade-offs so people with different systems may have different preference. But looking from the design, if I have to implement one without further modification, I will choose convertus (and of course there is not much modification possibility left). But because I would love to do a further modification (which means lifting the price level) I will choose ART, mainly because it is a 24/96.
