DIY DVD-A Playback???
I have seen plenty of threads on building your own CD-player. has anyone done anything with DVD-A playback? Audio only.
With places like HDTRACKS popping up and hi-rez gaining some speed. Im looking for ways to store and playback such files without having to use a computer. I have been able to burn hi-rez tracks to DVD-R's and play them in my DVD player just fine. But I am looking to build a better transport system that will play DVD-A discs and output either 24bit 192 over SPDIF or I2S. Zc
