Yes, but for the standard version, you only need 1 pair of JFETs for CEN, as you can see in the photos.

Also you can read from the article why you need 2 pairs for SEN.
So for the standard kit, you get Dual JFET heatsinks for CEN, and type 10 for SEN.

Is this typical for utsource? Some days ago I ordered some 2SK369-V from them

I have not bought anything from them, I have to admit.

Ampslab and Zhou both have BLs.

Not the V grade, although we could choose high BLs maybe, what Idss should we aim for ?

...Not sure, but the 2SJ74BLs i got from them as well as 2SK2013/2SJ313 were all fakes, '74s had IDSS in the 20+ mA range and the others were fakes as well...there is a thread here somewhere with pictures of those.



I'm sure they have some good stuff but there " unobtanium" ones you have to be doubly careful, test as soon as you get them , they will take them back if you prove they are fakes but don't wait too long.

OK, Ampslab has 2SK372V, which is essnetially the same as 2SK369V but in a different package.
So you need a different (custom) heatsink which does not exist, as yet.

I'll see whether I can find 2SK369V somewhere .....
