Has anyone come across the THAT1646 fully balanced (in and out) opamp?
Balanced, transformer-like floating output • OutSmarts ® technology improves clipping into single-ended loads • Stable driving long cables and capacitive loads • High output: 18Vrms into 600 • Low noise: -101 dBu • Low distortion: 0.0007% @ 1kHz • Industry-standard pinout • Audio Mixing Consoles • Distribution Amplifiers • Hi-Fi Equipment • Audio Equalizers • Dynamic Range Processors • Digital Effects Processors I thought it may be useful to allow very low dac i/v resistors (~15R) when using 2 dacs in differential configuration whilst providing balanced output to drive a transformer, valve or opamp output stage. However only provides 6db gain. |
