You now use http://pic.hifidiy.net.
Direct upload: click the icon in the header bar of the message, that has the form of a paperclip.
Then a pop-up opens called 'manage attachments'. Choose the file on your PC and then upload. remark filesize < 195 kb
Then in the message text, where your cursor is, you can insert the picture. Same icon as above, select the little arrow down, drop down appears, then select the attachment you want, the pic comes at the place of the cursor.
Simple?
