Hoping for a little help.
I have an CD227ESD. I am interested in implimenting the SPDIF improvements on the following page - CD_transport_DIY. The note on Sony players is halfway down. I have the schematic and have found the CDX1125 chip etc on the board and feel comfortable wiring that end up. What I'm not sure about is the arrangement of the resistors that are being suggested however. Could somebody put it in idiot terms for me. I have a trichord digital output board (minus the clock chip which I can replace). I don't think I am up to fitting it however as I'm not sure about removing the cyrstal and the DOB was given to me with no instructions.. Am I likely to hear much of an imporvment with the DOB fitted ?. Many thanks for any comments. |
