Hi, thanks for your reply!! I have already done it and worked perfectly. Non inverting input to Vref and the output of the external I/V opamp is 2,457v, as per the voltage drop of the feedback resistor of 2k7

Iout for TDA1305

I realise I am very late to this party and hope anybody who has done this mod can comment on sound quality. The I out mod is cleverly done but does it sound better than directly taking the Vout?
Reason I am interested is that I just started modding my CA Dac3 (which seems identical to DacMagic 2i but I can find little info?)
