Kwak Clock 7 help

Could anyone please recomend a 1uf polypropylene cap (components C16 and 17 on circuit).

I have all the components ready to start build but the 1uf caps I ordered from Farnell are HUGE.

I that application I'd use a polyester capacitor, not polypropylene as the schematic suggests. This one from Farnell should do nicely. If you insist on polypropylene, I'd go with this one (it's a lot bigger than the polyester though).
