Choosing the good ADC?

Hello,

I am working on the project of a Digital Reverberation Effect for Guitar.

The architecure of the system will be (from input to output) :
Signal in -> Preamp -> ADC -> FPGA -> DAC -> Signal Out

At the moment, I am surching for a good ADC that fits my needs...
The idea is too have an great sound, also I thought using 24bit 192kHz or 216kHz ADC.

I found severals AK5394A, CS5351, ... But I don't which are best???

Any advises please?

Hi Alexandre,

We have experience using the AK5394A in our sdr-widget project and it's performance is excellent. In terms of quiescent noise and dynamic range, our sdr-widget soundcard is better than all commercial soundcard we have tested with the exception of the EMU1212M (which uses the AK5394A).
