Parallel output caps in cd players
There are RC low pass filters at the output,
typical 100-150 ohms with 1-2nF. Does the caps have to be there, with that high capacitance (guess it's a strong load at 20kHz for the output) ? Can they (normally) be replaced with 0.3-1nF ? Should I prefer using my DA500 (it hasn't parallel caps) when connectiing an external output transformer (DM2-2RR) ? |
