jewlers rouge and a fine buffing cloth or sponge.
Got on of the top machines, gonna try it with jewlers rouge for the kids games, as these are in a terrible state. Tried it with supplied fluid, would clean fingermarks but not scratched. I have used t-cut then rouge manualy in the past. |

Best is DISPLEX, used for GSM display plexi/perspex polishing.

Have found this excellent,
greygate plastic polish - Google Product Search for my own cd's which I treat and store with the greatest respect, the first thing I do with a new disc is carefully polish it on both sides using Excell polish (and same for the jewel case). excell polish - Google Product Search All my discs from day 1 are perfect and the polish makes them easy to wipe and keeps them dust and totally scratch free.

For scratches, just use Brasso or Silvo polish, but protect the lable side on something soft as this is the aluminium coating, once this is scratched it all over you'll have a piece of clear perspex.
