USB 3.0 Dac

Any idea what chip is the usb 3.0 dac below using?

USB full speed is 12mbs AKA USB 1.1 while USB 2.0 is capable of 480mbs (which is what they are saying usb 3.0 is capable of) and USB 3.0 is much faster than that again and requires a pretty hardcore multicore cable, but USB 2.0 is already far more than is needed for even 32bit 384khz audio

They are not. The marketing department must have been confused or too enthusiastic.

I didn't pay attention to the claimed transfer rates, you guys are right, 480Mb is usb 2.0. In fact the specs are confirming usb 2.0 ports.
