Hello, I bought a MP3 players from
TinyDeal about a year ago. It works quite well before, but i got some problems with it now, i could not copy the files from the MP3 player to my laptop, the files can be read and played on the player, but when i copy the files to my laptop, it appear a notice "can not find the source document", do you guys know how to solve this problem without formatting the MP3? Cause i don't want to lose the files. Thanks for your help. |
