Grundig cd 7550 problems

Hi to all.

I've some problems with a cd 7550..but i can't solve and understand what happent.

The player doesn't read the TOC i suppose, because after pushing play..it start to spin but stops after few seconds..without disc error on display.

I tried to start the service loop A but..it doesn't start..

I already fixed with a tinned wire the ground griplets on the the pcbs.

Checking some voltages, i found that on the connectos 23 on servo pcb (cdm power supply i suppose), the VC is almos at 0.5 volts.

Unfortunately on the service manual i could not find with tensions i've to read on connector N. 3..referred to turntable..focus..and radial motor.

Anyone knows with tension i've to read on 23 connector from Servo PCB?
