Hi,

Can anybody help me get my hands on a service manual or schematic for the Harman Kardon HD 990 cdp...I would like to start some mods on it.:p

Hey Now,

I have an opportunity to buy a new HD990 for a very good price and was wondering if you could answer a couple of questions for me.

The specs say there are 2 digital inputs, a coax and optical. Can I input external devices to run through the DAC section of the HD990? I was going to run my Airport Express to the optical input. iMac > AE > HD990 > AVR > speakers. Is this correct?
