I solved the problem
It was exactly same problem as "stephensank" described.
But i didn't know that the Cap wasn't needed so I moved it to other side as you see.

Hello i want to buy this recorder for playback use , seller described this exact problem spinning correctly recognizes toc plays correct yet no sound! I am wondering if this is a simple solution for a newbie like myself, is it only a matter of cleaning the board? What should i watch out for when i go look at the recorder in order to determine if it is possible to restore it or in the other hand it has to much leake?
