Anyone have Datasheet of the PCM64??

Hi,

I just got the ESOTERIC D-1 DA convertor.... and found that there have 2 pcs of the BurrBrown PCM64P. I would like to get the datasheet of this PCM64P, I tried to find it on the TI website but nothing there! Please help!

Thanks!

There is the PCM63 which is part of that family but I couldn't find any info on the 64.
You can buy it at a few places, it has been used somewhere by Sony, there part number is 875997028.
Calling or mailing TI or Sony might bring a solution.

Hi, Hatasa

As far as I can remember, the PCM64 was a low cost version of BBs huge expensive industrial 18 bitter DAC729. No this one is not on TIs web site either. It was one with trimpots for the last 2 LSBs to trim it to 18 bits accuracy.

To find the PCM64P I think you have to dig through BBs paper databooks from 8-10 years ago or so.

Cheers
