i need at least one of them, but hese Datasheets are hard to find.

any ideas?

I found only CXD1167Q and only a japaniese or chinese version, but with pinout marked in english. obviously this datasheet is unusable unless you can read that language...

I have never heard this types - mean you CXD instead CXA?

CXD1167Q ~ TC9221F (Toshiba) and KS9210 (Samsung)
