Hitachi Servo/RF-Amp HA12158NT ("HA 12158 NT", HA12158, "HA 12158NT") from Linn Karik

I don't find a datasheet from this integrated circuit. By the service manual of the compact disc player from Denon's system "UCD-110" (UCD110) I find only a block diagram. Hitachi (now Renesas) also don't have this datasheet.
Who knows a download source?

I have check different original data books from Hitachi, but this IC isn't inside. There are two reasons, why nobody find this data sheet:
1) There are only single sheets, but no data book, which is included with this IC (and therefore "Datasheetarchive" and "Alldatasheet" haven't store it).
2) This data sheet / data book exist only in japan language
If I have the exactly title of the data book, where this IC is inside (even if only the japan language available), then I can use the interlibrary loan service of the university library im my aera.

Therefore the question: Who knows the exactly title of a Hitachi data book, where HA12158NT (HA12158) is inside ?

the diyaudio member "artegagt" from Estonia have send me a short form data sheet from a scan - I have make two exemplares - first the internal circuit so as outline:

... and second attachement for the pin describtion. He had it found by a russian forum - unfortunately he don't mention the URL. Perhaps one of you know this URL respective can post there the question, from which data book or folder this scan comes

By chance I have found top views of opened devices. There are two different outlines of the HA12158: DIL and QFP (see attachement).
The version with QFP outline uses the square stone outline by the smps (unknown for me), while the DIL outline uses the Brilliant HDI SMPS (round silver box) or the black toroidal transformer (I know this version very good).
Which of both is older and newer?
