calvinhpk 24th August 2009 05:29 AM's written 16CKSS5GT and it's on a CDP

What IC is it connected to?

Its most likely Should be 16.9344MHz, but maybe with a large PPM error (well its only Spec. to 16MHz)..

Its common to see cheap CD players with very loose Crystals, I dont understand why, as they cost less then US$0.10 in China - why bother saving the last cent?
