Marantz CD 11 problem

Hello.

I've got a CD11, but the player goes on "Error" wen playing a CD.

He also give's a cripsy sound before he get on error.
It's happend random, so I don't where to find the "hot spot"

I have the same problem with my cd-11LE. Have you found a solution yet.
