Hello. I have a problem with Arcam Alpha 5 CD player. The transport is Philips CDM9/12. So. about the problem. When I put CD in , I hear the laser trying to read, but the disk won't spin. Then I help it by spinnning CD by hand, then it starts and plays perfectly. After several minutes, when, I think, electronics get warmer, i can stop playing, try again, and it works well. But... when I leave it turned off for couple of hours, it doesn't start again, until I help it.
I thought it could be a turnable motor, so I changed it, but it didn't help. Do You have any ideas what can cause the problem and how could I fix it? |
