Default Native non-oversampling Grundig player (TDA1543)

I'm really surprised by this nice Grundig player (cd8150). It seems there is no digital filter, SAA7210 is connected directly to TDA1543
Am I wrong or this is a native non-oversampling player?

Seems you're right. Mind you this would have been a budget player in it's days.

Elektor published a home-build cd player long ago. Actually more a kit of assembled pcb's. Fully philips based. Also this player had no dig filter.

It's a well built player (not a plastic one), brother of the TDA1541 based Grundig cd8400mkII.
It sounds really good in stock form.

If you have a service manual for it in mailable form, I would really like to have one...Also, if you are in need for sm for another kit, just ask, I might have it.

Hi aparatusonitus,
yes I have it but it's 35Mb so I think it would be very difficult to send it through email...
Anyway you could have it for very cheap (a couple of euros) from the net. I sent you the URL.
