Sony DSP CXD 2500AQ

Hi
I need a DSP CXD2500AQ.
I try to find an old CD player to take it off, but I didn’t find a list with CD players that use this DSP, can any one help me to identify some CD players that use a CXD2500AQ?

Sony CDP-S41, CDP-39, CDP-195, CDP-295, CDP-491 for sure, but there must be a lot much more players using the KSS-240A laser...

Such list I haven't found until this day on the web (in opposite to a wide range of websites with CD player model and DAC/pickup lists)

Additional - from the PCM processor CXD2500 there are many versions:

CXD2500, CXD2500Q, CXD2500A, CXD2500AQ, CXD2500BQ and CXD2500AQZ
Not about all versions there are datasheets:

Who knows the exactly differences between all this versions?
And what about interchanging of this versions?

The CXD2500AQ I have found in Sony CDP-195 and CDP-395
The CXD2500Q I have found in follow models:
Kenwood DP-4030/DP-5030 and Pioneer PD-4500/PD-4550

I haven't discover significant differences by schematics. But perhaps I have overlooked some details.
