Default Help with Clock Install!!

thanks for all the help in advance that you guys can provide, appreciate it very much

I have a Oppo DVD player that I want to mod the clock in

I have the Ebay tubeshunter 27MHZ clock setup along with a AC transformer with 120v in and 15v AC out

here are some pics of the clock area:

Click the image to open in full size.

each of the clock leads goes to a capacitor, each of the other side of the caps go to ground, from the clock lead side of the capacitor the clock signals go two ways, one way to the middle resistor and the other way to the decoder chip

how do I connect this up? do I tie the 2 capacitor grounds together and connect the clock ground there?

then do I connect the clock signal from the clock board to one of the clock signal pads

I have tried it this way and I get nothing from the player

any help is appreciated

thanks

I just tried installing the exact same setup in another player here and it works perfect, so the kit and power supply are working

not sure why this player isn't

thanks
