There is a form to be downloaded from this location:

They pop up from time to time, so don't know how long it will be active.

Hi Ian. never spoke with you before, but nice to meet you!
Is there any way you could e-mail me over the service manual for a teac VRDS10? i am going to leave it with a service centre and am sure this will be helpful. Also, do you think i should mention anything to be aware of? timing belt etc?
