hey guys...
finaly got bored today and took apart my eq and was wondering what can be done to improve sound quality if any. Theres 2x 2068DD OP Amps on the input, after which sound is sent to a PCM1716E and this is where i hit a blank... the 2 main processors are TMS57002's from TI, but can find no info on them! also theres 4 x 256k ram chips on board along with 7x 7HC574D. The main board is marked as MFB4x4Pro VERO20830 Anyways the output is coupled to 33079 on 2 separate modules. A block diagram would be nice for both the input/output board along with the main processing board. The power supply is SMPS, and there is room on the I/O board for a fast rectifing diodes. Filter caps are nothing fancy, 3 x 1000uF @ 25V. I/O XLR connectors are gold plated. Will post pics in a few mins.
