Hi all,
can you change a dac chip with a different one? The reason i ask, is that i have 2 cd players, the one i want to use has a lesser specified dac than the other. Both are philips TDA etc and i thought about taking the better dac out of the older machine and putting it straight in the new machine. FYI the cd players are Marantz with better dac (tda1541a single crown) hopefully going into a Rotel which has tda1541. Thanks for your help. |
