Help CDPro defect

Hi, guy's my cdpro stopped working and changing the laserhead didn't help, the drive is completely dead only a very very tiny movement off the laser going up and down (focus) and nothing else , i have an idea the SAA7372 is defect, maybe someone can help ? that would be really great!
