Default Pcm2902 "poping"

Hi all hope someone can give some insight on my problem, I apologize if I am posting in the wrong section.

I have the PCM2902 eval schematic built up on a bread board and I am trying to use the analog out to a lm3886 chipamp. The pcm2902 is being powered from the USB and the output LPF's are almost the same (10K instead of 12K resistors, 2n2 instead of 1n8 caps... I have simulated the filter and its close enough for testing) I am running Windows vista 64bit on my computer.

Its working and I am outputting what ever i play but...

HERE IS MY PROBLEM

when ever i double click on a new song, a windows sound occurs (click sound) or even closing a explorer window i get about 1Vdc for about 500ms on the output ,coming straight from the pcm2902. (not 100% sure on time or voltage as i dont have a DSO to measure with, just trusty ol' analog) any thoughts on why this is happening or what i can do?

I know i haven't done a good job separating digital and analog grounds could this be a cause? (yes i will deal with the when i actually build it up). should i look into a zobel on the ouput?

any help/tips/links would be much appreciated
Thank you
Dave
