Hi,
How is everybody doing today? I d like to change the opamps in my cdplayer, and the stock and replacement Op-Amp numbers are: 1.)TL071 to be replaced with OPA627 2.)LM741 to be replaced with OPA604 3.)NE5532 to be replaced with OPA2134 Are the replacements Op-Amps the right ones for the stocks? Thanks! |

Just check the supply voltage on the NE5532, it can take higher voltages than your replacement. Apart from that the choices seem fine although it is difficult to say without a schematic. What does the LM741 do in the cdplayer ?

Thanks for the reply.
I do not have the schematics, but do you think the replacements should be alright? The LM741 is acting as a servo or something,i m not too sure, but thats what i think it is. |
