Rotel 930ax

Hey

I have possibility to buy rotel 930ax which is 3 years old for about 100$. Is it worth this money? I've looked at it specs and it seems that it is quite average player

but people (on audioreview for example) say that is quite good.

Anybody have or had this CD? What are its strengths and weaknessys? What can be improved?

hey - i have a rcd930ax. started upgrading it about a year ago with help from a friend. they want a $100??? BUY IT. Mod it up, it will be the best $100 investment u ever made trust. me. it will sound more like a $1000 player if done right.

I'm digging up an old thread here.

Can you describe what mods you did to your 930ax and what effects it had on the sound? What system were you referencing it through?
