Default Balanced digital out for CD-Pro2M

I am gathering all of the parts for a DIY transport based on a CD-Pro2M and Dantimax kit. I also have balanced digital cables I wish to use. The CD-Pro2M only has unbalanced digital out.

The options to convert to balanced digital out are:
-1- Lundahl LL1574 (about 25 euros)
-2- Aufio Note TRANS-268 / 269 (about 60-90 euros)
-3- akustik-perfekt, this is an active solution i would need 5V (about 50 euros), see http://www.akustik-perfekt.homepage....igitalout.html

Which one would be best sound wise?

I do not really understand the wiring of the Audio Note. The resistors are to load at 110 and 75 ohms?

The Lundahl has no resistors. http://www.lundahl.se/pdfs/datash/1574.pdf
