Default Inside of 'MP3 FM Modulators"

hi everybody!
I have a question. can i dessemble a mp3 fm modulator like this :

and use mp3 decoder section of this, to connect to headunit inputs directly?
if decoder and transmitter be in a same chip it will be impossible.
Did you have ever seen inside of these devices?
please tell me soon!
